A tilt-bed trailer raises the container, then the truck pulls forward and gently sets it in place. These clearances help the driver work safely and give you the best chance of getting the container exactly where you want it.

Make sure the path is clear of low tree branches, electrical lines, and phone lines, and that the placement area is firm and level. Not sure about your site? Send photos or ask for guidance when you request a quote.
The area must be clear of steep hills, ditches or culverts; paths and gates must be more than 12' wide; turn angles must be greater than 45 degrees.

20' standard containers are 20' length, 8' width, and 8'6" height. Interior dimensions are 19'4" length, 7'8" width, and 7'10" height. Comes with one set of swing doors on one end of the container.

40' Standard Used
40' standard containers are 40' length, 8' width, and 8'6" height. Interior dimensions are 39'5" length, 7'8" width, and 7'10" height. Comes with one set of swing doors on one end of the container.
40' High Cube Used
40' high cube containers are 40' length, 8' width, and 9'6" height. Interior dimensions are 39'5" length, 7'8" width, and 8'10" height. Comes with one set of swing doors on one end of the container.

Double Door

20' High Cube
20' high cube containers are similar in dimension to 20' standard containers, but are 9'6" in height. These are specialty containers available in one-trip condition only.
Open Side
Comes in 20' and 40' high cube lengths. 40' standard not available. Swing doors open on one end of the container. 20' open side units come with full open side or 2 sections of doors configurations. Open side 40' high cube units come in full length open side or 4-door open side configurations. These containers are available in one-trip condition only

BNA Containers LLC is an independent shipping sales & marketing run by Skyla. Based in Alabama.
BNA Containers was born out of a prayer. In August of 2024 Skyla prayed God would open a door to allow her to continue to homeschool while also given an opportunity to work from home. Four days later she was hired by her now boss. That’s where Psalm 34:4 comes from that you’ll see pop up on BNA. “I prayed to the LORD, and he answered me. He freed me from all my fears.”

We often get similar questions from customers, so we put together a list of the most common questions and answers.
Where are the containers located?
Depending on your location, the containers will come from container depots in the closest port city near you. We currently serve Houston, Dallas, New Orleans, Mobile, Savannah, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Memphis, and Nashville and more.
What do you recommend for placing the container during delivery?
Some customers choose to place the container directly on the ground. Others choose to support the container. If you choose to support the container, we recommend only supporting the four corners; these are the weight-bearing areas of the container, and if you try to support the middle you could bow the container and cause the doors to not open/close properly. Some supports commonly used a wood blocks, cement cap blocks, and rail ties. Our drivers will give you the opportunity to place your supports before unloading the container, but please keep in mind it is not our driver's responsibility to place the supports for you.
Can I pick out my container or my container color?
The general public does not have access inside the container depots. However, before delivering, our drivers will send you pictures of the exact unit you will be receiving before loading and bringing your container to you. Should you have a problem, please address it with the driver at that time, because once the driver leaves the depot we will not be able to fix any problems related to your container. If you purchase a one-trip grade container, the container will likely be beige (RAL1015), although there are a few other options such as gray. If you purchase a used container, our driver will be loaded with the next box off the stack at the container depot, and we cannot guarantee color.
How are the containers delivered, and what must I do to get the site ready?
The containers will be delivered with a pickup truck and a 40' tilt deck trailer. To be able to drop a 40' container, the driver will need 125' of straight clearance to drive out from underneath the container; the area must be clear of steep hills, ditches or culverts; paths and gates must be more than 12' wide; turn angles must be greater than 45 degrees; overhead clearance must be more than 14' and clear of any tree limbs, signs, or powerlines; the area must be solid and dry. A loaded driver will weigh roughly 26,000 pounds. Accommodations can be made to deliver a single 20' unit on a shorter trailer. Please specify if this is an accommodation you will require before placing your order.
Do you offer a warranty on your containers?
Yes. Our containers come with a one-year leak warranty. Industry standard warranty repairs are patches that harden to seal holes or leaks. Repair, reimbursement, or replacement will be at our company's discretion.
What is the difference between cargo worthy and wind/water tight containers?
Wind/water tight is a used unit, several years old and been on the ocean many times back and forth hauling cargo. It'll have rust, dents, dings, weld patches, floors may have been replaced, etc. but we guarantee there will be no holes or leaks and the floors will be intact and the doors will open and close. The doors especially will require regular maintenance to keep the hinges from seizing up. Cargo worthy is similar to wwt except it is a more premium unit with minimal weld repairs and floor patches. Both grades are weather proof with good floors and functional doors. The distinction comes from their inspections when they come off a ship, an inspector looks at the box and checks the dents, floors, doors, rust spots, etc and any determined to still be sea worthy are deemed cargo worthy and anything that gets retired is downgraded to wind/water tight.
How can I pay?
We currently accept payment upon delivery. If paying with a credit card, ACH/eCheck, or paper check, photo ID of the payer must be presented at the time of delivery. The name on the photo ID must match the name on the check or card, and the person must be present for the container to be delivered. For extenuating circumstances, please contact us for other arrangements.
